Just had a Double Down. Waffle was better than expected. Had that sugar crunch to it, but got a little soggy from sitting between the chicken.

My maths was 1110kJ x 3 = 3330kJ
Average daily indake = 8700kJ
3330/8700 = 0.3827 i.e. ~40%
