Works out to be $2.10 a can! 😋
Don’t think I’ve seen this cheaper before, might be an ATL?

Make it Suntory time!
Health and Product Warnings: Not suitable for persons sensitive to caffeine.
Very clever
No shit, Sherlock! It isn't decaffeinated coffee.
@DoctorCalculon: It's listed on the packaging…
Or just $8.86 per litre! 😋
Why not $1.50 711 coffee?
Idk about u but boss coffee goes ok room temp too imo (I usually go the blue or black ones only though)
This one may be more convenient as you don't have to visit a 7/11
More convenient than a convenience store
Might as well eat dirt.
Messier when I throw it in my backpack.
Coles had this price 2 weeks ago, but yes great price.
Iced latte has 6.4g sugar and long black has 0g, really not too bad compared to most iced coffees. One of the reasons I really like it actually besides it tasting great and being convenient.
The other flavours have more but aren’t that great imo
I love Japan (I go 3-4x a year) but no I just can't stand their "coffee" when it's basically water + faint coffee taste.
Same here.
Have you tried カフェオレ at Komeda? ☹️
The morning sets are awesome. I love their thick toast and boiled egg.
Yesssss and so cheap too. Really nice place
I have never been to Japan. I really want to go. What's the best month to visit with family? Also is it ok to visit there if we don't know Japanese language? @mg_k
depends on what you like honestly. If you want to experience japanese summer festivals and fireworks then August is great, cherry blossom season is super busy but absolutely magical if you can find a quieter spot. If you're a snow fiend then January would be the pick.
And yes to not knowing Japanese, especially if you're in one of the more popular cities.
I recommend learning a few key words/phrases. Helps a lot.
I recommend avoiding June-August as their summers are just oppressive. Mid September/October is my favourite time to visit generally.
The first time we visited there was little English, but nowadays there's a ton. I recommend learning a few phrases, especially "could I please order…"
Did you only have canned coffee from vending machines while you were there? There are tons of incredible specialty coffee places in Japan. Even their Starbucks has Reserve Roasteries that serve great coffee.
Probably because it's English and not Japanese but I found the Costa black coffee to be the best tasting over there.
I find all the milk coffees are too watery so for what it's worth in calories I just buy black coffee.
Side note, Im not a really a tea drinker but the kochakaden royal milk tea I found was the best milk drink
That's their Boss black coffee.
Yeah drinking these in Japan was a necessity because decent coffee wasn't as accessible as here, but I wouldn't drink this when I could get a real coffee easily.
Anyone else these have an odd flavour? Kinda metallic
The can is not edible
Gross.
This is from living in Osaka.I am sorry you guys fell for Japanese marketing and packaging?
Dunno why you're getting downvoted, this is stuff is only good at 100¥/can, warm, out of a vending machine that was at most 50 metres away from the next vending machine that has been wedged into an unused doorway in Japan. At Australian prices, it's a hard no
Thanks for the backup.
Should probably be more like 80JPY max.
Flat sugared coffee tasting water that has the cheapest ingredients one can find mass produced.
I mean 711, Lawson or Family Mart would have been a much better value for the quality.
I've seen it cheaper - $1 a can in Japan
And how much is a plane ticket to go over there and buy one for a dollar? Jesus these comments are so insipid.
And how much is a plane ticket to go over
Free if someone else is paying…
Remember that it’s smaller in size and not exported too
I prefer the Starbucks in the can, personally but that’s a good price
What's the consensus on the vanilla latte cans? I like the regular iced latte, but my local Woolies don't stock the vanilla cans, so I've never tried them.
Not bad just a lot sweeter
Thanks. Need to remind myself to check expiry. I found myself getting caught out with discounted items before from WW
I tried this coffee twice, its taste is much inferior when comparing with canned Nestle coffee available from the Asian shops.
https://www.trins.com.au/products/nescafe-rich-6x250ml?_pos=…Then you're supportiung nestle though
@GettingThePlus190s what awful thing have Nestle done now?
I ate meat doesn’t mean I hate vegetarians.
What is ATL?
All time low
upvote indeed
but man, how did they butcher the original concept like that - and are getting away with it !
it was supposed to be cheap as can from a vending machine around the corner…
For relaxing times?
