Cheap price for Biggie's posthumous sophomore studio album.
Note: this is not the 25th anniversary silver vinyl set. That's $85+

tell me you don't listen to hip hop without telling me you don't listen to hip hop. biggie was great but there are a handful of other rappers who are as masterful with their pen, if not more.
Care to provide an example?
Lil dicky
biggie's flow is unmatched, I'll give you that. personally I'd put 3stacks, Nas, MF DOOM, Kendrick and Hov on the same level and on certain days above Biggie. if we're going the technical route and purely as lyricists, there are even more - Aesop Rock, Lupe, old Em, Black Thought, Mos Def, Talib Kweli.
biggie was a great artist but you said nobody will come close to his lyrical genius. there are many who do and surpass him.
@screengreen17: Hey! You forgot "the poet" 2PAC.
@Scrooge McDeal: personally not in my top 10, great artist though
@screengreen17: What? You can't be serious. 2PAC was a true poet. His songs had a real meaning.
@Scrooge McDeal: it's not at all a controversial opinion if you listen to enough hip hop. he was a great artist but i don't think any of his albums have gripped me as much as Aquemini or Illmatic or Madvillainy or TPAB or Blueprint. each one of the artists I listed have certified classic albums held up in the mount rushmore of rap. pac had great singles but as an album listener, he didn't have albums that belonged with the greats.
@screengreen17: Personal preference, those artists did nothing for me. My vibe is Craig Mack, Keith Murray, Erick Sermon, Method Man, Redman, etc. Nothing will compare to the 90s artists IMO but each to their own. I don’t enjoy mumble rap like these Gen Z wannabe gangsters.
@1r4n14n: all the artists I mentioned except Lupe & Kendrick released their debut albums in the 90s.
"Real G's move in silence like lasagna"
What about Kanye? He did that song where he says his own name like 50 times.
showing as $81 on mine?
lol expired already
Missed it. Spewin.
Can I buy this on cassette?
Nice! What about 8-track? I want to collect all the obsolete formats.
Was never issued on 8 Track.
It's no Ready to die
Biggie biggie biggie, can't you see, sometimes your words just hypnotise me.
And if you dont know now you know N@@@@
It was all a dream, I used to read Word Up magazine, Salt-n-Pepa and Heavy D up in the limousine.
Wish they'd reissue his albums without Puffy going "uh bad boy" in the background every chance he got. It's like embedded ads in music. I remember others hyping their label but nothing as embarrassing as that
So true lol. Reminds me of Craig Mack - Flava In Ya Ear (Remix). Still a legendary track.

"Ain't no other kings in this rap thing"
"Biggie, a motherf'ing rap phenomenon"
No rapper will ever come close to this lyrical genius.
