      I ordered mine on the 31st, no dispatch info either. Just emailed them on Thursday and they got back to me within 24h telling me they had insufficient stock.

        It shouldn't come to that. They should be proactive.

        They screwed me around with a promo last year, so I am still salty with them for a different reason.

          We cancelled 1 of the 2 items, it was the $30 Oodie sale and I needed free shipping (was planning on returning one of them anyway). It all worked out in the end but just annoying as it would have been nice to have it during last weeks cold weather.
