        Probability because they lost TA but at the same time its just been less great offers, tracking and honouring has been fine for me with CR, but I have many stuffed up tracking with SB and several have been rejected saying I did something wrong.

      What's wrong with SB?

      They've been absolutely killing it as far as I see. I thought they were trash for a while but last year they've just had deal after deal and I've made hundreds in cashback from them.

        Hi and thanks. I’ve pinged the UK tech team about this, but considering the time difference I’m hoping it’s looked at and resolved soon.

        Please note the page appears to eventually load on browsers after 20 or 30 seconds. The workaround for now is to either (1) wait for the page to load, (2) scan the QR code, (3) write down the referral link manually, or (4) use the TCB app.

        Sorry, but this is all I can offer until I hear back. And apologies for any inconvenience.

    From my experience, if you sign up family members living in the same household they will ask for additional ID verification documents when someone tries to withdraw cashback.

    Not necessarily a bad thing but just something to be aware of. I wish they had been a bit more upfront about what documents might be required during the sign up process - not just when it came to withdrawal.

      It should show up immediately. Did you sign up on a same device or same network? That will trigger their sysyem.

        Hey guys. FYI, the friend’s $15 bonus will show up instantly upon a successful referral. However as the referrer, your $50 will only show in your account once your friend has earned at least $10 in pending cashback, excluding any bonuses. Hope this helps :)
