Unless you need PS compatibility, Fanatec direct drive wheel bundles would be worth looking at for this price point.

    • If all you needed was PC compatibility then you'd be crazy to buy this over Moza or Fanatec. But for PS5 this is $430 cheaper than the cheapest direct drive.

    • Fanatec are in financial trouble. Safer to go with another brands direct drive.

      • They're in talks to be acquired by Corsair.

    Thrustmaster hey?

      My nickname ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

  • Excellent price, but I'm holding for a logitech pro wheel deal or maybe someone selling second hand

Keen on upgrading my G27 but get choice anxiety and really don't know where to start. So confusing the amount of things. It seems pedals with clutches and H shifters are all seperate nowadays.

I'd like it to work with PC/PS5. I have a drive hub, so that makes me think I might be able to get away with some of the cheaper, better direct drive options over this?

You are correct in your assumptions, I think a person would have to be mad to buy this wheel, over a similarly priced direct drive setup, the quality and fidelity of the force feed back would be significantly inferior.

Not sure how Thrustmaster can justify this price point considering what Fanatec and others are offering.
