Best 32in Monitor Under $500?

Looking to purchase a monitor under $500 before the EOFY. Preferably 4k and 32in.

Please reply back with your recommendation and also if there are any good deals going around.

Stretch your budget to $600 and you'll be able to get the below. Or find it a bit cheaper on the Dell Outlet Store.

    For a less than $40 price difference I'd go with the brand new one.
