Part of Dell's EOFY clearance sale, pretty good value for a 4080 gaming laptop. Could potentially go lower with upsized cashback from Shopback at 8%

what's wrong with alienware? they have pretty good design and warranty, plus good deals like this?

      • I used to question alienware with heat issues on their laptops, but these days they're generally dell quality and warranty with better looks and the occasional great deal. Can't imagine what else is significantly better in this space.

  • If only a vendor had something like this in a slim casing with an Intel i7 or greater CPU… :(
(Happy with my 4yo HP Spectre 360, but cant find anything at a reasonable price thats similar 15.6". Guess i'm just asking for too much…)

    • Closest is going to be Lenovo Slim 5/7 16 (or the previous series are 15.6" series 8 I think), I think you might get a 4070 but probably not a 4080 in the slimmer form factor.

It's a great price for an RTX 4080 laptop in Straya.

The laptop legend himself has made it to ozbargain!

  • Kind of lame that you can’t choose the QHD display. 4080 is wasted on FHD

    • This would power a 1440p display pretty well. I wonder if there's any latency? Surely hdmi out is as quick as running a gpu straight into a monitor?

    • maybe thats why its under $3k for a 4080 laptop

  • How much is normal price ?

  • Its a good price, but i feel like there is potential to be better if an upsized cashback comes around. Currently stacking with 8% shopback seems to be best option but dell sometimes has 15-20% cashback offers on cr/sb

  • Great deal, bought it already
