During the promotional period, Arnott’s Tim Tam is giving consumers the chance to win a $10,000 Digital MasterCard every week (referred to as the “Weekly Prize”) or a $500 Coles eGift Card every day (referred to as the “Daily Prize”).

• How can I find the Golden Tim Tam?

Entrants have a chance to find a virtual Golden Tim Tam through part of the promotion entry process. After uploading their receipt, entrants will either see an Tim Tam Original animation (if they are a non-winner), a Golden Tim Tam animation (for Weekly Prize winners) or a Coles e-gift card animation (for Daily Prize winners).

• When is the Promotional Period?

The Promotional Period commences at 12:00am AEST on 01/05/2024 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 25/06/2024.

• Who can enter the Promotion?

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

• Who cannot enter the Promotion?

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Coles Supermarkets and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. • How do I enter the “Find the Golden Tim Tam” Promotion?

To enter the promotion, individuals must undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:

Visit www.goldentimtam.com Follow the prompts to the entry page;
Input the requested details including their full name, mobile phone number, a valid email address and residential address;
Upload a copy of their purchase receipt clearly showing where the qualifying purchase was made, the eligible product purchased and the date of purchase;
Successfully submit the online entry form

• How many times can I enter?

Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:

(a) only one (1) entry is permitted per transaction (regardless of the number of Eligible Products made in a Qualifying Purchase in excess of 1);

(b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and

(c) only three (3) entries are permitted per person per calendar day of the Promotional Period.

• What can I win?

There are two types of prizes available to be won.

Weekly Prize:

1 x $10,000 Digital Prepaid Mastercard® (8 in total). The card can be used for purchasing goods and services where Mastercard prepaid cards are accepted for electronic transactions (excluding transactions at ATMs or over the counter at financial institutions). Your card cannot be used to make transactions that exceed the available balance. For such a transaction you need to pay the difference by another method if the merchant agrees. The cards are accepted at merchant’s discretion. All Digital Prepaid Mastercard cards are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the card provider which are available at: www.thecardnetwork.com.au/pages/terms-conditions

Hourly Prize:

1x $500 Coles eGift Card (56 in total). All Coles eGift Card can be used at any Coles Supermarkets, Coles Central and Pick ‘n Pack stores. It cannot be redeemed at Coles Online, Coles Express or Liquorland. Terms and conditions can be found at www.giftcards.com.au/giftcardtermsofuse

• How long do I have to redeem my prize?

Weekly Prize:

The Digital Prepaid Mastercard must be activated using the instructions on the back of the gift card within 30 days from the date of issue and is valid for 6 months once activated. Further T&Cs (including on the Digital Prepaid Mastercard) apply.

Hourly Prize:

The gift card must be activated using the instructions on the back of the gift card. Once activated, funds are available within 24 hours. The preloaded credit on the card will expire as per the expiry date on the card.

• Can I exchange the gift card for cash?

No, prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

• Can I load more funds onto my gift card?

No, prizes are not reloadable. It is valid for the period specified on your card and cannot be used after expiry. At expiry, the remaining available balance will be forfeited. We will not give you any notice before this happens.

• How will I know if I’ve won?

After successfully completing the online entry form, entrants will be notified onscreen acknowledging their entry and informing them if they have won an instant prize and if so, details on how to verify their entry and claim their prize. Each entrant that has won an instant prize must claim their prize by 11.59pm (AEST) on 08/08/2024. All winners are subject to verification in accordance with the promotion Terms and Conditions.

• When will winners be announced?

Winners of a Weekly Prize and any ACT or SA winners of a Daily Prize will have their names will be published online at http://www.goldentimtam.com/ on 09/07/2024. For avoidance of doubt, only validated winners’ names will be published.
