Pretty sure this will work in conjunction with the current sale they have on as it did for me last time.

So if you withdraw the money, is it USD? And do you have to buy in USD—I would assume ok either way?

  Yup….Its in USD, I used paypal to withdraw.Not sure about purchasing in AU,it usually works out cheaper using USD anyway.

Intesting that my app purchase tracked with the correct amount. Whether or not it gets confirmed is another issue.
