Referee:

  • Sign up via the random referral link
  • Spend at least $20 across one or multiple transactions (includes GC purchases, in-store and ShopBack Pay)
  • Add withdrawal details

Cashback must confirm to complete the referral.

Things to note

  • Your referred friend must sign up using a unique device (mobile, desktop or tablet) to prevent having their referral bonus forfeited.
  • Your referred friend's first purchase must not be stacked with other "new customer" promotions.
  • Any order that does not earn Cashback, or is canceled, exchanged, or refunded, will not count towards the minimum spend.
  • Referred friends will need to fulfill the criteria within 180 days from the sign-up date.

    There's definitely a time frame to spend $20 (I think 6 months?) but I can't find it, if anyone knows reply here.

    Edit: Found it, it's 180 days.

      I have had 2 confirm and 2 decline. Ultimately there's nothing you can do about random online referrals, most of the time you just have to assume the referee didn't fulfill the conditions.

    This was advertised on the app’s Referrals page banner as being $20/$40 on May 28th. I realise they advertised it on emails, etc., for June 1st, but the banner showed it started early, so I have a couple of referrals from then, but they’re showing as $30.
    Pissed I didn’t take a screenshot but I naively thought it would be honoured, as it was on the app and there was nothing indicating it hadn’t started, yet.
    @gotyourback, can you please help with this?
