What Do You Buy from Big W? Maximising Everyday Extra Benefits

Just wondering what competitively-priced items people manage to buy from Big W to take advantage of the 10% off shops offered to Everyday Extra members. Ideally I'd get to $65 for free shipping, as the nearest store is a bit of a hike. And I guess that $65 is gonna be after I apply the discount code, so I'll want to get to $72.23 total. :)

I can see some cleaning supplies, and health and beauty products, but does anyone have any specific tips? Bulky items would be especially great since delivery is gonna take care of them for me.

Big W online doesn't verify the eligibility of an EDR. The discount code is genetic. Not that useful unless the price is already low.

    • Lol

      • When the code can be used by anyone, it is basically of less value. However, the eligibility is verified on Woolworths Online.

          The discount code is genetic

This is what I loled out

    • This was what I was asking, really - what things are already low priced at Big W that people buy there and get the additional discount on.

  • We got three sets of crockery on clearance this week, $75 instead of $180 and took the 10% off.

Big W is like a barren wasteland of products these days ao apart from this kind of thing it wouls be hard to find stuff to buy.

  • Toy sale kicks off soon, if you have kids or nieces or nephews with birthdays between now and Black Friday sales…. Or maybe you just like Lego and Barbie yourself.

  • Whats the trick to using the code online? The website says the code is invalid…

    • Link an EDR. It doesn't work without it.

      • Yep linked already and the app says its still ready to use.

        • Last known successful was on the 18th. Try shopping at its website.

        • I had similar issue. Unlink account and link again.

I buy the large cat litter and bulk laundry detergent when on sale but obviously I am an old lady with cats LOL if I were a young hipster my needs might be a tad different

Came here to post the cat litter and laundry detergent.

    • I'm not a young hipster, but I am in a small apartment, so bulk items are difficult to store! I feel like that's going to remove almost everything useful from the Big W selection…

Indo-mi gorang is often competitively priced at Big W. Cat food too.

I usually use it on Lego and throw other bits and pieces like birthday presents or clearance stuff, in the order too. Also used it to buy 2 samsung tablets which gave me the max discount of $50 off and the total purchase price gave me $20 rewards points. I sometimes use the discount for my mums dogs food, every bit helps!
