Are we supposed to have received the code by email by now, or are these still being processed? Paid on Friday by credit card (money taken according to my CC statement) but haven't received an order confirmation yet.

just got an email saying my order is cancelled….
reason given.. either
1) order older than 7 days
2) unpaid
3)not entitled to order the item
4)advertised wrong price
I actually went through checkout and did the whole paypal thing.. and I actually got to a warcom page saying 'thank you'
not happy at all…. never going to buy from them again
