Bought a galaxy 5 44mm GPS for $231.09 (fastest delivery). Thanks OP!

  • My guess is that its not the best watch for tracking fitness (mainly steps) with a long battery life?

If you only need step tracking and basic fitness and don't need full smart watch features like tap to pay, get an amazfit. They last for more than a week on a charge.

Pixel watch is worth it simply to get NFC payments on your wrist. I've had a Bluetooth PW1 since release and it's been fantastic. No complaints at all. For under $200 it's well worth it.

but it's $180 just for NFC pay? Garmin venu SQ can do NFC pay and it was $99 when on sale.

      • the venu SQ was so slow and clunky it's just shocking

        • yeah just responding to above comment that said $180 is worth it just for NFC on your wrist. $99 was enough to get me that.

I don’t find Venu SQ actually slow, it’s just the animations get choppy laggy if you try to scroll fast etc. it’s actually faster smoother than the Venu SQ2 which has a larger OLED screen. someone I know has SQ2 and browsing was even worse than the Venu SQ, maybe they used the same processor so it lags more with the bigger higher resolution screen.

I have the SQ and it’s definitely no super smooth Apple watch but NFC pay works well set to shortcut with just a swipe to the side.

  • Graphite Samsung galaxy watch 5 44mm BT version sold out?

    • Blame me, I bought one.

  • What's the battery life if I disable heath features

    • most users say battery life ranges from 1-2 days. so probably 2 days until you have to charge (if it lasts only halfway through day 3 you can't charge during the day, so have to charge it the day before to avoid running out of battery).
