Did you get a text or email to say your order was cancelled? Have you been refunded?
I didn't receive a notification for my pickup slot, turned up anyway. Claimed they had no record of my order on their system, despite providing order number and my account being debited. Was told to call Customer service. I called them, they said I "should" receive a refund in 2 business days.
I then tried to log in to my account to see if I could see what my order history showed, but it said my account was inactive. Called them back, they said there is a "technical error" with my account and they can't give me a time frame on how long it will take to fix, but I might not receive my refund until it's fixed. They're an absolute joke!
Also cancelled.
Placed 2 separate orders for Lagavulin last night ($110 each) and picked up today. Good deal, given current prices.

Picked up this arvo. Thanks OP. Also it took more than half an hour from arriving at the click and collect for the order to come out. Crazy. Good whiskey though.
How in the name of all things holy do I work out which stores have stock? I've made the store both of my two nearest ones and picked a C&C slot on Sat and when I click "add to trolley" it says "An item couldn't be added or updated. Something went wrong and we could not add or update an item". This tells me nothing! Does it mean its sold out at these stores? Does it mean it's not stocked at these stores? A website error?! Infuriating website…

I got an email yesterday before delivery timeslot saying that it's out of stock. I havent been refunded yet too :(
You'd think they'd invest a couple of bucks on a half decent website and stock system. I never shop online for groceries so not sure how terrible woolies is.

Ordered thurs for fri pick up with $45 added prawns and beef. They cancelled the Lagavulin out of stock. Got $45 of prawns and beef free.

Damn when did laga 16 get so expensive? i remember the normal price used to be around 100-120 only a couple of years ago?
I must be old because I remember it being sub-100 a few years ago. I'm pretty sure whisky prices went up during and right after Covid. I suppose a lot of things got more expensive after Covid.
wohooo finally got one after the 2nd attempt. the website is crap. all along i thought there was no stock at some places but then realised it came up when i changed the Pickup time at the same store. Don’t understand how it works

Shopping through Coles online was such a sh*tshow. Ordered multiple times, and they only cancel the order 30 minutes or so before pickup is due. Now the deal is expired.
Not planning to order via Coles Online again. Just spoke to customer care, who advised that I should've called Liquorland directly because Coles Online makes no guarantee whatsover about stock.
So just emailed them with the following:
"What's the point of placing an order, if the orders are just going to be cancelled anyway? This Coles Online service offers no value, if the customer has no idea whether they will receive the order. I was just told by Customer Care that I should have called Liquorland directly. So again, what's the point of ordering via Coles Online?
The promotion has ended now, so I cannot purchase at the price I wanted, because I assumed Coles Online offered some sort of service."
Had my first order cancelled 30mins before pickup so ordered again for pickup a week later in the hope they’d get stock in. Success!

Didn't have high hopes but Coles allowed me to collect my order. Just 1 bottle. Not sure why there are so many cancelled orders on Ozbargain. Is it location and stock availability?
