Checked my Uber Eats for a feed tonight and saw this banner

Upon further inspection it appears that you can get selected meals from restaurants in your area for $1!

Dinner sorted for me tonight! $2.99 delivered!

Can't find T's & C's, but it says a week so added expiry as Sunday as guessing it'll run over a few day.

      Was able to keep ordering from difference places until the first order was picked up. Make sure you have space in the fridge for leftovers or schedule in advance. EDIT: based on other responses it is safest to order for immediate delivery.

    Uber One special. I know because my shop is part of it.

    These are decent. As much as Uber are sods for taking 33% of the sale plus what they charge the customer additional, this special is paid for by them (the restaurant gets what they'd receive if the customer paid normal price). That's not always the case though.

    So if anyone wants a $1 Cheeseburger, Uber pays my shop ~$10. If you're not using the deal locally, feel free to buy a pickup from Burgerfans in Belmont WA and not pick it up, your $1 donation goes a long way :) #howcheekywasthat?!

      I must have annoyed Uber Eats! Have Uber One and you're within distance for delivery but no deal! I've even got the banner but says check back later

        We can do our own specials, but Uber still take the full 33%. We mark up less than that, cafes have tiny margins, so I'm reluctant to do them often. I'll do a buy 1, get one free on drinks from time to time… There's no labour on a can of drink, so it's a bit easier.

        They do good burgers.

        We've got an amazing community around the cafe, alot of our regulars have been around for the whole 8.5 years we've been at it, I think we can call F5 Coffee and BurgerFans a Belmont institution :)

        I think our burgers are top notch, our beef mince from Uncle Troy (iykyk) is epic! We don't go down the stunt burger reputation so much though.

        The $1 cheeseburger is around till COB Saturday I think.

    It's possible to get more than 1 meal. You create carts with your options and make those purchases as quickly as possible before uber eats has processed that you've used the promotion. I was able to get 2 meals

          Uber Eats support is pretty nasty now , I have had very bad experiences before. This deal lacks promo details, maybe you can agrue base on that

            @Smallman: Same experience with their support team.
            Completely cold and inedible food delivered a while back. They offered maybe 20% refund then closed the call and didn't bother responding to any further correspondence.
            That's when I pretty much stopped using uber eats, no protection.
