If you mean if I have an account with every bank in Australia, then yes, yes I do lol
I switch banks based on interest rates. Back in 2020/2021 Westpac had the highest for my situation and so I signed up for them. I don't bank with them anymore but keep the account open to utilise deals like these.
I have similarly opened ANZ in the past but have since closed it as I don't get any benefit.

I found the tracking with Uniqlo didn’t work (same as BWS). ASICS works every time tho.
Contacted customers support over the BWS one and they sorted me out but can’t be bothered over Uniqlo and won’t be using ShopBack for Uniqlo again
Does the $20 cap refer to the cashback amount i.e $111 spend cap to get $20 cashback or does it mean that only a max of $20 is eligible to cashback i.e $3.60 cashback?
Purchased, and the normal cashback tracked in about 10 minutes while the bonus Westpac tracked in another 15 minutes

@StarPlatinum: If it hasn't tracked till tomorrow (as it might take up to 2 days), you should raise an inquiry. They can't really reject your claim with the typical excuse like cache issue etc. since the regular cashback tracked. Provided your Westpac card is linked properly, then fingers crossed they will honour it

@RHSteven: Hmm I don't trust them anymore because there are too many things can go wrong. Better to use Shopback app to shop next time, I know it's not as nice as PC browser but it has better chance of tracking (still not guaranteed 100% though).
In the mean time, raise a missing cashback inquiry and hope for the best. Or if you don't think you have much hope, you can also return the items I guess.
Wondering if anyone had experience ordering online then exchanging in-store with same value stuff. Would cashback still go through?

how does westpac 15% work? do I just link my westpac card to shopback and pay with it?
