  The terms say when you cancel they keep the payment surcharge.

  I cancelled a booking 2 weeks ago to rebook using a promo code. I was immediately refunded the base amount, and fully expecting them to keep the so-called surcharge.

  However one week later I received a refund of the surcharge as a separate transaction. Used a regular bank debit card and didn't contact the airport in any way, no issues with using the QR code at the entry barrier (it spits out a ticket which you need to exit).

    Same thing happened here. Canceled on may 7 got surcharge refund may 16
