Yeah I know, who cares about the Pentax Q when you can get larger sensor mirrorless cameras like Micro Four Thirds or the NEX systems? I myself am already heavily invested in Micro Four Thirds. But (1) this is a pretty sweet price, and (2) it seems like it's actually capable of taking some very nice looking pics at the hands of a competent shooter. Check out the real world user review below for some thoughts and sample pics.

I haven't done an extensive search so I don't know if this is the cheapest but the nearest price I've found is close to double the price of this. Whether or not it's good value, I'll leave that up to you. I think there's already a newer model so you might want to keep that in mind if you're thinking of getting this. EDIT: Apparently it's been discontinued. Thanks for the info shawn_low.
See below for the description on Ted's.
"Does size matter? When it comes to cameras, yes. Introducing the smallest interchangeable lens camera on the market, the Pentax Q. Designed for those wanting a camera which they can fully control, change lenses over and fit in their pocket, the Pentax Q delivers. When you consider the size of the 12 Megapixel sensor, the Q’s image quality truly is miraculous, and the dramatic price plummet since its release has made it all the more affordable for those wanting a dynamic and pocket-sized camera. The Pentax Q still offers Full High Definition video recording, and even in-camera HDR rendering. The Q really is a great thing in a small package."
