You are ignoring questions about where the items in Europe are made. And also failing to address concerns about being in breach of ACL. It's a neg for me for being evasive with addressing valid concerns.
It's not my job to sift through 2 different policies & try to figure out which one is for which product.
You need to do better if you're going to take advantage of the community on Aus number one bargain website.

Well, that would be a breach of ACL… Negging for issues with seller and their seemingly disregard for ACL.

Well, no, you dont, actually. ACL determines the appropriate rights, not your terms and conditions. Terms and conditions cannot overide your legal obligations under ACL.
From the ACCC website…
A seller may not insist the consumer receive another form of remedy (such as repair or replacement goods) or insist that the refund be issued as store credit.
Issue with seller's warranty in breach of ACL.
Stop mucking around with the title.
