1.0 PROHIBITED WEAPONS
1.1 Swords
A sword is defined under sch.2 of the Regulations as being a thrusting, striking, or cutting weapon with a long blade having 1 or 2 edges and a hilt or handle. A sword is still classified as a sword even if the 1 or both blades are blunt.

Seems to be missing a replica of [Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker].
The 1:1 ratio description seems a bit odd too, since the weapons scale by character race. Not sure they ever get a 'lore' length. Mine is certainly bigger than some sword in the hands of a Dwarf!

In all seriousness, these swords should never be swung around in any capacity. You could really injure yourself or someone else. They are to sit on a shelf. Garbage quality.

Most of the time they have something called a rat tail tang.
The metal part of the sword that goes into the handle is very weak so you use it against anything harder then an apple the handle breaks off and you have a flying piece of sword ready to land in someone.
