Just confirmed with Centrecom, it's a full set.
Given the fact that latch on top isn't really locking it, only applying bit of magnetic force and the slider on handle isn't for ratcheting but only for playing with fingers, I would stay away. Clearly the design and fidgeting is more important than practicality for this manufacturer.
I have a feeling the manual screwdriver handle is a empty shell for motorised unit. The handle design is very poor shape for a manual driver.
They have same set with the same shape handle as electric version - not the exact same price of course ;-)
