  FYI, personal experience :

  Bought a Woolworths egiftcard through Special and tried to add to my Apple wallet. Apple wallet says verification required via Special —> downloads Special app —> clicks Apple wallet link to verify —> opens Special app —> logs into Special account —-> black hole , nowhere to ‘verify’ , Special wallet says card successfully added to Apple wallet …

  Lucky this giftcard can be used online , so I’m annoyingly having to do click and collect orders to exact value to use up the card .

  Hesitant to buy again.

    You can buy a Woolworths giftcard with it in store. Loaded into Woolworths rewards app, it's easy

      I was inaccurate in my original post . Special is actually selling Woolworths branded credit cards essentially. So it is not a regular Woolworths e-gift per se . It cannot be loaded into the Woolworths rewards app wallet.
