I used these at the gym as a substitute to Hydralite and Gatorade as I am quite often dehydrated, it helps fight that sudden loss of energy that I sometimes get. Note, these have quite a sharp / acidy taste so if youre sensitive to that, hydralite might suit you better.

This entirely depends on preference! I've found I like the 'citrus'-y flavours most bceause they seem most neutral, but my friends always go for the berry/blackcurrent ones.

Nice active ingredients list. Is the base sucralose or sugar? Hard to find the actual carrier ingredients of these.

I'm stocking up, cheaper than the Aldi equl, which are the same flavour, and I've heard they taste and appear identical.
I still use my High 5 sugar free, but those are getting a bit too pricey these days, so started with the Aldi and some Voost's. My last Wiggle order I added a few SIS to try, but have not opened them yet.
Def still prefer the High 5 zero, especially for those big KOM days.
