Every time I check out this never is an option, tried changing to AUD, select payment method and my bonus dollars are never there. I have $26 AUD available and want to use them before they expire.

If you're eligible for Business you'll get 3% back (as AUD) for every purchase over US$100. No need to pay in the inflated AUD. The only catch is you have to pay with CC instead of PayPal.
I haven't even got that far to cash out yet. A little bit disappointing but at least with the credit it still ends up better with the inflated AU rate.
Well I'm not sure what I did yesterday, but I bought cheap stuff like here for $11 AUD from Choice 3x items needed. Funny I get $21 from one browser and $15 from another now for the same item.
Anyway, I went to check out with some other things and PayPal only wanted $1.50 AUD.
