Sign up with Referral, Verify & Deposit Any Amount over $1 for a Free Fractional Share Reward (Worth A$8-A$200) @ Trading 212

2730

Free bonus share up to $200. Easy kyc and deposit. You can also copy the code from the referral URL, download from an app store and use the code in "Promo codes". This should be done before kyc.

Credit card gets accepted quickly/instantly and not bank transfer. Share assigned quickly after sign up. Deal expires in two days/45 hours from my post.

As each user only get's ten referrals. ts and cs + FAQ seem to be old campaigns and they didn't change to ten. Please remove your code after receiving ten rewards. I think this is noted by gift boxes in the app. This way more people get the bonus.

Shares can be sold immediately, however a 30 day lock applies to withdraw. Takes around ten minutes for share to be "delivered" to Portfolio from notification.

Mod:

The Reward Shares may be less than one share, the value of which may range from a minimum of AUD 8 up to AUD 200

Bonus shares value probability: 80% A$8-A$50, 15% A$50.01-$A$100, 3% A$100.01-A$150, 2% $150.51-A$200.

Referral Links

Referral: random (695)

Until 5 November 2024, referrers and referees get fractional share up to $200 in value after referee passes KYC and deposits minimum $1.

    • Got similar from a referral
I got $31.58 worth of IAG
      Can’t complain. I guess from a $5 buy in I’ve got $50 worth.
Hopefully we get a few more referral clicks tomorrow

  • Thanks OP

    Rolls Royce $16.37. Unlucky.

  • Have been waiting ~3 hours, I have the message 'Your bonus fractional shares are waiting!', but I've already deposited my $2.

  • +2

Used referral to sign up and deposited but nothing in portfolio

Edit: got $18 in Exxon, not worth it…

    Got $41.50 worth of Tesla.

    • +4

Lucky amount of click, unlucky amount of sign up

    • 1 click, no sign up :(

  • +1

Can anyone confirm they actually got more than 5 rewards? I put up my referral code when there was only 20 codes

5 of first 6 clicks converted into rewards but had 12 clicks total still stuck on 5 rewards

For anyone wondering my 5 rewards are worth $303

    • OP had 10, previous comment also many click little rewards.

      • How do you check how many clicks you have gotten?

        • Assuming you've set the referral, it shows at the bottom in the Referral Links subsection of the post. Or you can click Edit in the same section. In my case:

Last Updated: 29/04/2024Clicks: 14Last Click: 1 hour 43 min ago

          • @highwind: Weird I got nothing I must have 0 clicks as I do not see anything like that.

            • @shaughan12: If you click Edit, does it come up with your saved referral link?

              • @highwind: Yeah there's a link there that I remember saving. It said I put it up about 8 hour ago

    • +3

you're doing well my 9 clicks have converted to only 1 reward

    • Be grateful!!

      • I am grateful, I want to know if anyone has gotten 5+ so if not I can take my code down to allow others to get their referral bonus

    • Not too bad for you, 8 clicks for me but only 1 signed up so far.

  • +2

    Got a starbucks share, AU$16.96

almost not worth my time. anyway, we'll see what else I can get out of it

  • $44.19 of Rolls-royce shares - 0 referral link click :(

  • +1

Thanks OP, worth the roll of the dice. I got Airbus worth $18.55. Could be worse, could have got Boeing…

  • Is it easy to withdraw? I read in the T&Cs that they can withdraw the bonuses if you just sell and withdraw the shares (without doing anything else - in other words, only using the app to take advantage of the referral offer)

    • +3

Are you referring to this dot-point number? I found this:

6.1.d:Participants are not entitled to receive any Reward Shares (or may have previously awarded ones or their monetary value reclaimed by Us) if your Referral closes their account and/or withdraws all deposited funds immediately after the Reward Shares have been allocated to them.

      This was pretty interesting too.

6.1.b: Participants are not entitled to receive any Reward Shares (or may have previously awarded ones or their monetary value reclaimed by Us) if a Participant does not log into their Trading 212 account for three consecutive months at any time after the Reward Shares have been received or sold by the Participant (whichever occurs the latest)

      • So basically you have to wait at least 3 months and make sure you log in at least once every month for 3 months.

        • +1

That might lead to some disappointment if someone does a "runner" straight after getting rewards. It makes sense to hang around anyway - add your details to the referral base - and maybe pick up a referral bonus.

Last day of April today, so log in tomorrow and that's already two of the three months sorted!

      • +1

For me, after selling the shares and going to the withdraw screen the funds are listed as "Locked" and it says:

Rewards cannot be withdrawn for a specific period according to the relevant promotion's terms. Unlock time for each reward is listed below.

And then it lists the date 1 month from now. So you can't just do a "runner" anyway.

        • 5.5: The monetary value of the Reward Shares is subject to a 30-day withdrawal suspension period (withdrawal of the amount will not be possible during this period), which is unique for every separate Reward Share (‘Lock-Up‘)

Yep, there's that provision as well.

As always with these types of promos, there are things which aren't clear. 6.1.d talks about withdrawing "deposited funds immediately", which is different to proceeds from the sale of reward shares. Let's see what happens…if anything.

          • @Charlie Dont Surf: Yeh I guess if you withdraw your initial $1 now there may be consequences. So should probably avoid that.

        • I wonder if you sell the shares, then buy some random other shares, then sell other random shares, then try to withdraw?

If trading fees are $0, then you will just lose a small amount on the spread.

But even that may not work. Maybe best to just wait.

    • I think webull might have this as well and how would they police it? Might find people on Reddit who withdrew successfully.

  • +1

Anyone tried their 5% interest on unused cash? It's paid daily so excellent compounding effect.

    • me
      sold the shares,
since it cannot withdraw until 30 days so ok to just leave there earning interest

    • Annual Equivalent Rate of 5% p.a. paid monthly is 5.116% vs paid daily is 5.127%. I was hoping for more of a difference.

  • +3

Strange, been waiting a while for a referral to show up. We've both got the bonus shares, but nothing showing in account yet

    • +2

Shares will appear in your account when the relevant market opens.

For any US shares it’ll be 11:30 tonight. Any European it’ll be I think around 4 (best to double check)

  • +3

      • Wow! How many clicks did you get for that many signups?

        • 14 clicks, so a little over 1 in 3 actually signed up.

I added my code in when there was under 30 in the pool.

          • @Bigboy97: Lucky duck! I got 6 clicks but only 1 sign up :(

          • @Bigboy97: I was number 5 to put code in, only got 3 refferals and 1 not even finished completing it.

            Only 57$ for 3 referrals

            Fail

  • how soon it shows up on the account ? mine is showing empty :(

    • +1

It will show in your account when the market opens - either Europe or US depending on the stock you got. But the Notifications icon will show you what you're going to receive.

    • Got it :) $43 for Rolls-Royce

I think it will be the start of June as the T&C state that the user has to log in each month for 3 months before the proceeds can be realised. Often with these sign on bonuses you have to take the funds and invest them a few times, like they do with the Forex Deals. But this one seems to be different. They are getting plenty of new customers with this promo.

  • Lloyds Banking Group: A$44.48

      Deutsche Lufthansa:$88 (Referrals)

Anyone else also not able to deposit with cards? Keep getting Payment failed errors and get nowhere

    • +3

      Yea, exactly!
I sent an email to them to check - Live chat sucks :|

Maybe we should try bank transfer? It seems we have 10 days to get the bonus shares…

      • +1

Yeah I think we’ll need to go that way in the meantime. Definitely didn’t see the 10 days so should be good!

  • Expired already? :(

    • Yes. Can't invite anymore (or register new), but if someone is already in progress (no kyc, or pending kyc), the counter on the app is still showing 9 days for them to finish

  • Yeah, no longer available, missed it! :(

  • +4

We exhausted their promotional budget pretty quickly.

I have one referral who has signed-up but yet to complete KYC etc. What a tease!!

    • +1

I have one referral who has signed-up but yet to complete KYC etc. What a tease!!

      Same

      • they will keep teasing for 9 days

      • They never made it. My referral died. RIP.

    • That might be me. hehe

Just completed KYC tonight before deadline.

  • Zero referral. Sad lol.

  • I got $18.91 from the Mouse House, but where is my signup share?

    • Looks like I got $18.90 in H&M..

  • +1

    GG
Look forward to the next one!

  • +1

Someone is pending in my invite list, completed kyc and just needs to deposit $1. Feels like they are attempting bank transfer or unsure.

    You can do it!!!

  • So when can see safely sell and close shop?

    • +1

June 1 so sell next Monday. That is assuming you did actually log in at least once in May.

      • I haven’t logged out yet. I’ve always been logged in via the app.

  • Hey, just logged in to check withdrawal. Clicked the info button under AUD balance in "withdraw" . It had a breakdown of locked funds + the unlock date. I'm guessing they manually approve withdrawals…

  • My funds were available for withdrawal this morning.. Approx 3 days they said to send funds

  • Withdrawal can take up to 3 days, app lets know when it's processed and should appear in bank shortly after.

  • Did you guys have to verify bank to withdraw more funds? They want me to upload pic of bank card back and front… Quite reluctant to do that… And bank statement doesn't show card number used only the bank acc number. How are you guys vefiying?

    • Verifying is meant to speed it up and should be optional. Withdrawal took less than a day anyway without verifying.

      • It's just there is a withdrawal limit, I can only withdraw what I deposited which isn't much. Or is the limit only daily and I can withdraw again tomorrow.

        • The proceeds from the stocks cannot be withdrawn until you have logged in to the portal at least once for 3 months. So if you logged in at the end of April , and again today, if you log in on Sunday (which is Saturday in the USA) then you should be able to withdraw the funds as of Monday I think .

          • @BargainBenno: I have and so have others above have initiated the withdrawal funds. I just did it and says the withdrawal request has been successful and it will be processed within 3 business days. Someone above said it took them 1 day.

I also only sign up 1 May, so no April log in. So the 3 month thing doesn't matter.

  • Weird. I just had a notification that trading 212 tried to charge me my withdrawal amount (instead of depositing).

Has anyone else had that happen? Better yet, has anyone successfully withdrawn yet?
