After years of endless Eneloop deals, I haven't seen one in ages
And I need some new rechargeable batteries - AA & AAA specifically
Wife keeps buying disposable - urgh
Anyone got a good deal to help me save the planet?

I’m still using my OG ones till this day.
Me too but I think the kids or wife may have disposed of a couple by accident
Always need more!
Costco has deals every few months.
I got the IKEA LADDA batteries and they are made in Japan.
I have a few ladda too and they are definitely comparable to Eneloop
I'm still using https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/819329

Is Macquarie Group underpaying its CEO?
Shemara Wikramanayake is the bank's first chief executive to be regularly paid less than her subordinates and, based on profits, is the lowest-paid since at least 1999. Since she became Macquarie chief executive, Shemara Wikramanayake has been paid $85 million.19 June 2023

@try2bhelpful: The communists hav me buried!
@payless69: One of my favourite comments from Bob Hawk.
In the second-last week of the 1983 election campaign, Prime Minister Malcolm Fraser ramped up the fear campaign against a potential Labor government.
In a famous statement, Fraser said that if a Labor government was elected, “people would be better off keeping their money under the bed”.
Hawke’s dismissive response was: “But you can’t put your money under the bed… that’s where the commies are.”
@try2bhelpful: This would be funny but this is actually what happened to me!
Posting that potential potato theft could lead to a even more potential hated pm gave me 18 likes here.
Nobody cares that Eneloops were made by Panasonic.
@payless69: what a bunch of communists were under your bed and stole your money? Sounds like you need to check before putting it there.
Unfortunately right now your brain is coming across as a random thought generator. May I suggest you gather them into something that is coherent before posting.
@try2bhelpful: Is posting a fact that Panasonic is the maker behind Eneloops not coherent?
Please tell me why in details.
@payless69: Please indicate the relevance. In a coherent manner so we can see your issues. Nit including the rant about Musk’s enemies.
Didn’t know Liquorland had a deal on today
Wide franger only zone
Wide franger is definitely - don't need it bought it, OzB style for many including me - lol
Powerbanks are the new Eneloops.
If only I could power my tv remote with one!
Sorry this website is now going through the Taylor Swift vinyl era, hopefully we'll be back to eneloops eventually.
The yuf realise you need a recorder player for these, right?
I never liked eneloop, always got cheap LADDA, I think they are from same factory though lol
https://www.slrlounge.com/panasonic-eneloop-vs-ikea-ladda-ar…
In other words, there is only one factory currently in Japan that can make Low Self-Discharge nickel-metal hydride batteries (LSD Ni-MH) and that is FDK. FDK is an OEM manufacturer for other brands, Like Amazon, Fujitsu, Panasonic, and IKEA.
Does it matter though? The same factory can make similar product with different specs and quality.
I know you were all dying to know - I bought the Ikea ladda - 2 x 4 packs of AA and AAA
Ikea delivery cost to me regionally was $5 so that sealed the deal
If Eneloops are too pricey at the moment, IKEA Ladda batteries are a decent alternative. They are low self-discharge just like Eneloops.
