    I believe there are other 10 inch tablets with retina type resolution yet have quad core processors and being released by reputable manufacturers.

    As they are going for a similar price, can anyone comment on how these may compare? Cube I think was one make that is similar.

    I bought the Ainol Crystal form the same mob on October 15. I have not received it as at 9 November. form your own judgement as to what sort of delivery timeframe to expect

        Well they said it has been shipped and there is a tracking number - which for the longest time did not show an update on their official tracking site.

        Probably not a best representative, but have a look at the site's facebook site and look at the comments under the Ainol Crystal deal. From what I could see, nobody had received as at yesterday

    Ok so back on topic…

    We're looking at getting the Hero 10 for our daughter but some of the stories of slow shipping worry me, can anyone share their experiences with this vendor? I see sirzur has been waiting almost a month, heck will it even arrive before Christmas if I ordered now ??

    Also, the option for an external 3G dongle, can you use any dongle or is it best to buy the one from them? <— I'm a first time tablet purchaser

      Avoid Ainol if you can

      Using a third party dongle with Ainol not recommended

      you'd be better off with a Huawei myfi thing than a dongle in your Ainol

      who knows what their compatibility list is

      and i doubt you'll be getting the Hero before Xmas but better off asking them

        Thanks for the feedback, nah that's okay if there is any doubt of it arriving by Christmas I'll scratch the plan altogether. Will just up my budget and get something else locally, this place doesn't sound like it's worth dealing with.
