This looks like a good price. Ended up adding to the collection. From description, it's made in Japan too.

Nice, maybe model name in title.

I don't mind this white one either, probably look massive on me though. $149 pretty good.

(Similar price with eBay plus but prefer Amazon and next day delivery for most Casio)

  • Where do you get a new battery when it runs out of battery eg going to a official g shock store or you even change it by youself. Thanks

    • I only changed a Casio battery once, that was bought from Amazon or Ebay something.. I did it myself..

      • I found that this is very tricky as I believe that changing a battery in an official store could nearly cost the watch itself. On the other hand, I am a bit of worry of changing the battery by youself could break the water seal component. I mean I don't use for diving etc but it would be good to keep the similar condition as the origional even after changing the battery.

        • I bring some watches on trips to Bali and do it there instead, approx. $2 ~ $4 per watch per battery ( some watches requires 2 coin batteries )

          • @kevinMario: It's definitely an easy job. I assume that the place you go is a generic watch shop instead of a casio shop. However I do feel that a generic watch shop is sufficient. The cost of watch is around $130 to $150. It doesn't make sense to be charged around $70 or $80 to replace a battery. The cost of $70 or $80 should come with some sort of water proofing service. Not sure if it's a legit or not.

        • I have this watch. Waterproofing is done through a rubber O-ring seal, similar to a water bottle. You just have to make sure to tighten the 4 screws bit by bit in a cross pattern when you put the cover back on to make sure it sits flat against the seal.

    • YouTube it, should be pretty easy or agree any watchmaker should be able to do it for less than $25-35 including the battery for example.
