Received an SMS on Thursday for 40% off and free Paella bonus meal for the first 99 redemptions. The free meal won't show on checkout but should be included in your box when you receive it, however I would suggest putting in the notes/delivery instructions "Please don't forget free meal".

Muscle Diets are a meal delivery company similar to MyMuscleChef, Thr1ve, YouFoodz. Pretty plain packing, limited selection of meals, but might be worthwhile to try for 40% off if you haven't already. They do have the option to select regular (300g) or large (400g) meals. Large is $1 extra.

    Used them before. Everything's fine except they don't taste as good as Youfoodz. Portions are 300g/400g similar to Youfoodz.

    I had positive comments before now I've finished my 10 pack my opinion has changed. The macros are bullsh*t cause the standard portions are just too small for it to be true. I'm trying out other meal providers now even though this deal is available.

  I've used them. Got the completely wrong order and most of the stuff was only 3 days away from their use by date. Not exactly the best experience. Food was a bit average as well. If total is less then $4 a meal it's probably worth it to freeze but otherwise just wait for sales at Coles.

  These guys delayed my order (they got Ozbargained), but the food is pretty good for what it is (frozen meals delivered). I would be happy at this price, I was very happy at the ~$4 per meal price from the last deal.

  Genuinely surprised, in a positive way, by how much meat is actually in the 400g serves. Still getting through the meals from 42% off deal but so far:
