Is pale golden colour in appearance with fine, delicate bubbles. With a delicate bouquet of grapefruit and fresh flowers the elegant and fresh palate shows exotic fruit characteristics (notably grapefruit) and finishes with crisp acidity. This wine works well as an aperitif due to its crispness. It will also pair beautifully with seafood and white poultry.
