It was cheaper at Instant gaming yesterday but the price seems to have gone up overnight.

They aren't an official store, like Fanatical or GMG. They are just another key reseller.
You should get your key no problem, but there is a decent chance the key was originally purchased with a stolen credit card and as a result your key may be revoked. There is also some risk of handing your credit details over to these types of sites.
IMO stick to official stores.

Just use PayPal, no handing over credit details and some buyer protection. FWIW I've purchased numerous keys from these kind of sites and never had an issue nor a key revoked.
The FAQ on the site says they have disabled Paypal, as they are having "technical issues".
