Seems targeted. I could apply the code at checkout but it just wouldn't let me place the order. Only after switching to the code that's available in my account (30%) I could pay it. Happened to 40% Grocery and other 50% discount codes not listed in the account's offers. New account, first time user with new email, address and phone number, same device.
