This deal is back - only a few 4k 32" IPS monitors on the budget out there you can find. It does the job. I'm happy with it so far.

It might not suit you if your desk is close to a window with strong sunlight. Also, it played up a few times when connecting to multiple monitors. However, the glitch seems to be fixed and never happened again for me.

  • I'm using a Dell U2720Q.
In term of sunlight/reflection, is this Lenovo much worse?
    Thanks

I replaced a curved Dell with this one and it’s unusable in the morning when the sun is low. The Dell was fine.

      • Similar. I returned the Lenovo and got the Dell curved one instead, so much better.

I was avoiding curved screens because I thought it was a stupid novelty, but turns out they are only curved just enough to compensate for the width of the screen from the viewer. In other words the screen appears flat while using it. Love it.

      • Which curved Dell is that?
        Thanks

"…one of the 4k 32" monitors on the budget you will find."

Sounds like a Morbius movie review

  • OP, in the Amazon listing it does not say anything about being 4k UHD. It's just a FHD…. Happy to be corrected…. Cheers.

    • It doesn't use the terms 4K or UHD, but the listed resolution is ‎3840x2160 (4K).

Also a link to its product page at Lenovo's site.

      • Thanks for confirming! Cheers!

    • It is 4k. I have used it. The panel is very similar to lg 4k ergo.

      • Thanks for confirming! Cheers!

    • The sticker on the monitor does say UHD tho just to confirm that. The Amazon description seems to mix up with the other 27" version. It did confuse me the first time.

      • Yeah, Amazon doesn't put much effort to their listings.. cheers!

  • Thanks OP, just what I needed. Hard to find an IPS at this price point

It's UHD, there was a boxes damaged one for $379, also SB 1.4% cashback and 3% off GC via Bupa rewards.

    $363 total!

I also saw that as "used" option and it turns out to be a box damaged. Bargain!

  • LCD no LED?

  • Thanks for sharing OP
would've been perfect if it carries a RJ45/Ethernet port, that would've beat the Dell U2723QE

Still a good budget find thou, thanks !

  • Thx OP.
I’m without a monitor and struggling with the size of my MacBook Air. I really needed something that won’t cause the font scaling blueness issues Mac’s generate on lower res monitors. I’ve grabbed the Lenovo.

    • Same boat as you. Ive changed over from 1440p to the 4k for the same font scaling issue.

I got mine yesterday before this deal came up and got the LG Ultrafine Ergo 4k for $577 which is a decent deal in itself, but would have probably gotten this one instead if I didnt grab it yesterday. The arm in the LG is great though.

  • Thanks! Purchased two, sadly couldn't get four as budget didn't allow it (two each for both of us). Replacing monitors released 2014ish.

  • Anyone having issues where the usb c just disconnects randomly?

    • Personally I don't use the monitor USB C much. Maybe someone else can share the experience. I'd update the firmware and see. I myself will test mine and get back if I got any.
