apparently this new one isn't as good as the old one (from reviews - never played this one, but have played the old ones and they were awesome).
Thief 4 (2014). It's not the first Thief but it's still awesome. Personally, I like Thief 3 best.

Ahh, now I feel like playing the original. Such s great hidden gem.
t's not a bad game at all. Just perhaps not as revolutionary or nostalgia heavy as the older ones. For anyone one who has not played it - give it a go for 1 hour or atleast play till the second mission.

People complain about 59$ price tags now.. games than cost 99$ avg. Expensive. Demos and rentals were the goto, or if you could spare the expense on your 56k internet capped plan - the use of unorthodox methods to obtain digital products lol

no, it's a reboot of the series (that has had no more games since)
We are due for a new game. It's been a decade since Thief, and that was a decade after Deadly Shadows. In that time, there have been two reboots of Tomb Raider with three games each time. It's hard being a Thief fan :-(
One day, someone will finally make a worth successor the Thief. Someday….
Have there been any other thief-likes? Is that even a thing? There are stealth games, sure… but there aren't any thieving games.
Got the original CD in the cupboard somewhere.
