Doesn't this have alcohol? So it pretty much cancels out one benefit (fluoride) with one con (alcohol = receding gum line)

I would think dentists would argue that mouthwash is largely irrelevant or worse for you in the long run.
Flossing + brushing your teeth are all you need to do for the teeth you wish to keep.
I'm no dentist but I would assume the liquid gets total coverage, I imagine some people must have blind spots when they brush or places they over focus on and barely do others with paste and between spaces that it doesn't get into.

What is the point of non-fluroide mouthwash? It makes your breath smell nice and has no benefit for your teeth, you get the same result with a sugar free mint.
