How do you submit the URL for topcashback? How do you get the shopback link?
So just to confirm, you need to wait for TCB tracking to come through, then submit the guarantee claim?
How does the Top CB guarantee work when providing proof?
It says "The URL provided must be that of the actual retailer page on the other site showing the cashback rate, offer page and offer terms.". What happens when I provide the link and it shows 100% cashback but when TopCB reps go to read my ticket it the following day and it says their regular 4.2% at Shopback?
They will know because multiple users will be sending the same claim, and they would generally be aware of what competitors are offering. Usually they have approved claims the following day

Is it really double dipping? It sounds like shopback's cash back will be voided.
If you can find a better rate of cashback for your purchase from another online cashback provider, then we will match and beat the rate if you choose to use TopCashback for the transaction.
You do 2 different transactions, one using shopback and one using topcashback and you'll get cashback for both..

I question the value of cashback given the amount of work required to get such a small amount. Should be much easier than this. And if something goes wrong, you miss out. This doesn't seem like it passes consumer laws and fairness.
Anyone else having trouble with TCB tracking? Don't want to miss out, have submitted a claim but I can't work out whether I have given the right order code as their timing of click through shows after the time I have from ordering.

I stopped using TCB because they didn't even respond to my claim within the given time period ( 2 days) which became a week which turned into a month. It's easily been a couple of months, maybe around 6 or 7. I found Shopback and Cashrewards far more reliable, but Cashrewards is currently going through something, so there have been fewer deals.

I've alwatys used PayPal as payment as it tracks well. But has anyone been using apple pay? and does it track ?
I've stopped using PayPal since they took away SMS otp as I don't want to minimise the app and give the a chance to say I did something wrong. Haven't had an issue tracking with cc payments
I use the MS Authenticator app on another device to avoid this situation occuring.
PayPal is the only way if one wants to pay by Vanilla or Activ VISA on Pizza Hut.

There might be a better deal than just 10% off though, I think there is a 30% off code somewhere.
You could also preorder for Tuesday and get 2 for 1 (1 pizza must be $16.45 or more).
This code works on 2 for 1 deal on Tues and $1 Wings deal on Wed. It looks like a long terms generic code.

i couldn't even order from the shopback app last night the link was broken so i suspect their systems were down and it seems as if tracking was down. ordered via desktop nothing tracked again. just like the last 100
% back i cancelled the preorder and still haven't received a refund. until they fix their systems and tracking for these pizza hut 100% cash back its a big fail from me.
