    I like jetstream rt for this kinda budget- iirc I got a 3 pack for about 15 from amazon a while ago after I thought I lost my rotring 600 and was too salty to drop another $30 on a replacement

  Their mechanical pencils that look identical are amazing. Mine lasted over a decade when the clip started to slide off.

  Refills for these are nice and smooth, though the push button on these don't make a tactile 'click' if that's a dealbreaker for you. The grip section is also a tad thin for long writing sessions imo
