Clicking through the link shows $499, is there a code I'm not seeing that needs to be used to get that price?

    Shows up as $499.40?

      Yes, sorry, typo

  • Showing as $499 for me as well.
Still a good price, I paid $599 back in 2022 and it's been a good workhorse. Used daily.
Speakers are rubbish, usb c charges to 65w and it's been great. (surface pro/laptop / thinkpad)

      A typo, sorry, mate!

  • Can you use the 7% student discount on these?

    • Just tried and the 7% works.

I have this in its excellent. The big selling point for me was this.

    Easy, effortless multitasking:
The built-in Keyboard Video Mouse (KVM), Picture-in-Picture (PIP) and Picture-by-Picture (PBP) allow for a single keyboard and mouse to easily switch between PCs so you can manage two inputs at once.

It enables me to switch from laptop to desktop seamlessly.

  • do people mount these 32-34" ultrawide monitors on monitor arms?
    Thanks

    • +2

Mine is mounted with the Dell mount. It’s been great.

    • I've got the Samsung S65 which is similar to this, and yes I've got mine on a monitor arm.

    • my workplace does because we hot-desk

At home I personally wouldn't bother because I leave my monitors in a fixed position

I got this mounted using a 3rd party arm from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B08BF5K4G6

      • Looks like LG Ergo!

Yes, just make sure it's rated for the weight. North Bayou arms are good value.

Paid $646 for it last year, so great deal for an excellent monitor.

Thanks OP, I sent this to a colleague who has been looking for a 34" USB-C curved monitor

Paid $569 2 years ago. Built-in speakers are not the best but I don't use them.

Thanks OP! I've been looking for a USB-C monitor to hook up both my work-provided laptop via USB and my Mac Mini via HDMI, and for a fair price. Don't have student discount but managed to find a $10 discount hidden away in my account with Dell Rewards plus an additional $1 discount that was automatically applied (not sure what from). Ended up at $488.40.
