    Is this genuine NOOVOO?

I really hope so. I've looked at the before and after photos on Amazon, and with the Novoo charger the man appears to be living the perfect life.

    • No, it's a NOVOO

Does it come with an AU adapter plug? I couldnt find in the description that the travel plugs are included.

    • this is what i'd like to know as well

    Who cares ?

  • Mine arrived today, before I bought it I checked it did have ERAC approval which it does (It has the RCM approval certification on the charger as well). It charged 2 USB-C 45w charging laptops simultaneously at the expected 2x45w together without issue (I monitored expected wattage for both laptops and it was as expected at 45w for each), however I may have had a faulty item as once I connected USB-A as well it kept trying to resync the charging for all 3 devices and couldnt establish a continuous charge on any device. After disconnecting and reconnecting power it successfully re-established charge with 2 devices.

I've returned it and will order another and see if i have better luck with simultaneous charge across 3 devices.

    • Follow up - it appears my first unit had a slight defect, new unit works fine, no issues with 3x devices charging simultaneously :)

  • I note that it shouldnt be able to charge 2x laptops simultaneously with USB-A as it will only provide 100W for C1 and only a shared 20w for C2 and A1, so in my subsequent test I tested laptop on C1, power bank and phone on C2 and A1, but that also had the same issue.
