I recently had the pleasure of finding 11 unauthorised transaction on my Mastercard. Latitude suggested I block the card and that they issue a replacement.
2 weeks goes by and I've got nothing. I call Latitude again and they say they have no record of the blocking nor me registering the 11 transactions. I go through the whole thing again and ask for a interaction receipt so I don't have to do it a 3rd time. Latitude says it will take 5 - 10 working days to get me a new card and that they can't provide a digital version of the card to keep me going. By now its 3.5 weeks since the first call. I called Latitude again because I can see a card has been issued and ask for its details so I could use it online now. They are unable/unwilling to supply the details.
I've used Latitude for the last 18 years. They couldn't care less
20 years ago in a former corporate life I could get a replacement Amex card almost anywhere in the world in 2 to 3 days tops!
Is it just Latitude with the rubbish service? Is it Mastercard?
Who would you suggest that provides much better service?
