    Steam Deck Oled 512GB

    That's not a very big Deck…

      Where bold?

      • Why bold?

        • +3

          You didn’t bold a word. It’s doesn’t feel right.

  • I swear these were like $600 3 months ago. Yeah not OLED but is it really worth the mark up?

      No need to swear.

IMO I think the OLED price is still a little high to justify but it's pretty damn close.

The base 64GB LCD and a 1TB SSD to upgrade yourself will cost you <$700. I can definitely see the OLED, bigger battery, and other features being worth it for some people at an extra $300+

Does anyone know the genuineness of this site, as well as the seller?

Would it be more difficult to get warranty from the market seller or just as difficult as Kogan?

    • Kogan is terrible based on my recent experience. They've been ignoring me for two weeks now. Just thought I'd warn people away from getting a steam deck from them, I can't get them to help me with the RMA process even though it's under warranty. I can't even get them to reply

      • Any issues with the steam deck you bought from kogan?

        • Yep - It's a known fault with the LED Steamdeck models that sometimes impact the power module. The draw can sometimes go above the allowed amount resulting in it resetting itself. Thankfully it only happens on really intense 3D games, so far it's only happened playing the new Like a Dragon, Elden Ring and once on Dredge. Valve have agreed to RMA it but it's under warranty and Kogan really should at least reply to me…

Edit: It's worth mentioning that I pretty much only game on a steamdeck now. For me it's the perfect console. Highly recommend it if someone is on the fence but loves games from a variety of systems

      • But then again really, which reseller offers really good support on steam deck as it is a grey import and not officially sold by big stores or steam themselves?

        • Just an update… they finally replied today and were actually helpful! Sent on 9th March but they did eventually reply and they were helpful
