With the website you can select the shoes, in your size, and identify which near by stores have them in stock. Then you can go try them on. If you order online they have a returns policy.

For those interested, like me, Ecco are still in Russia making money. I had one pair I bought back well before this but I'd never buy them again. Decide for yourself of course.
