If you're using a promo 6 month Uber One membership you might also have to select the right payment method. I need to pay with my Mastercard for free delivery.

Not sure why you are being downvoted; I had the same issue after I tried to make a second order from the same shop I ordered from previously, which didn’t charge the first time. Not only did they now charge a delivery fee, they limited the $10 offer to lamb and veggie burgers, when a couple of hours earlier, I got a beef burger discounted. I think some franchises are trying to recover the losses they may be incurring from this promotion after seeing how popular it has been. That being said, I ended up ordering from a Grill’d further away and got a beef burger with free delivery, so if you are having issues with one Grill’d, try seeing if there is another that also delivers in your area.
Same thing with me. The delivery charge has now been removed and I have a service charge of $4

Usually it has traditional and panini as an option as well. It sounds like your store may have ran out of those 2 options.
Is this one time use?
I found that you can order multiple times per store, but only once per burger, so if you use it again at the same store you'll have to pick another burger. I also found that different stores had different $10 burger options, in case you had multiple that delivered to you.
Is it better than $4 Big Mac?
