Hello Shiny Mew, thanks for your comment, this shirt uses advanced polyester with excellent breathability and wicking, quick drying abilities. The UPF fabric will also block the UV Rays to keep you cool in hot days. But for the feel on a 30+ day, I have to say it will be different in personal experience.
