Keep sulking while we eat free chicken.
Just industry in general
Lots benefits to get you into bed to sign up then just forget about you demand your moneyKinda like getting married
except many times; to every brand you commit toThe market kinda needs to innovate and rethink it,
Most likely because someone at Red Rooster is KPI'd against new customer sign ups
To be fair, I actually often get offers from them. I only ever go when there's an offer. The other day the missus wanted the five buck box, pulled in, of course they took the typical amount of time Red Rooster does (re: can only just legally be called fast food) and in that time I signed into my phone, another free bit of fried chicken was waiting, which I subsequently cashed in with no hassles.
Went 2 or 3 times in February, was given $5 of a $10 or more spend twice that month, got two quarter chickens and a bit of fried chicken for five bucks, can't complain about that.
Very hit and miss though. Some people don't get shit period, luck of the draw I guess.
Whaaaat? They stopped the Free Piece of Fried Chicken Every Month for 12 Months (New Sign Ups Only) @ Red Rooster via Red Royalty ?
Since they bought in phone number verification step last september. didn't even went back to RR once since. no longer able to login back to any of old accounts !
Yea that happened to me they stuffed up their multi factor and would sms a number but number didnt work no matter how many retries.
They released app update patch with fix in the release notes many weeks later but haven't tried it.
T&c applies?
Yes, minimum $10 spend.
I've only been held to that when there's a manager at the checkout.
At the kiama and ermington store, doesn't seem enforced, even when served by manager
Red rooster now seems to be the same as dominos, subway, outback steakhouse, crust etc where a foreigner can buy a franchise and gain residency and then proceed to hire only their own kind and scam them (ala seven eleven)
Do they hire citizen xenophobes?
They wouldnt hire you for shouting racism at normal people.

I have countless Boost SIMs but no idea what their phone numbers are to claim this deal. Given that the SIMs credit expired, I can't even call myself to find the number.
Can't you see in your phone's settings?
The old adage was it costs much more to gain a new customer than keep an old one,
But why do these companies never do anything near good enough to keep you.
I only say this because the red app always has 0 offers of significance to me an existing customer. Ended up uninstalling RR app last year. This looks like a rewritten version but probably won't bother since wont qualify as important as 'new'
