The prices on the EA site are in Australian dollars. If prompted, select purchase for the EA app. However, it's obvious EA doesn't want you to buy their games; they want you to subscribe to their service. You will own nothing and be happy. That said, if a game has DRM (all newer EA games seem to be Denuvoed), you can never really own it. Only their older game on GoG are DRM free.

  Very underrated game with a solid story behind it. Own it and recommend it. Also on Gamepass. Very little replay value but it’s well worth the first.

    In my experience it does open EA for those games, but I haven't tested Alice specifically.

    It does. Now adays, I just open it direct from EA, still haven't finished it but it's good game. Worth a dollar fiddy. One day…
