I haven't read the book yet, but just downloaded it. Thought I'd list in on OzB before the price goes up. Dunno when. I'll just list a 1 day expiry. Recommend download ASAP if interested.

    thanks op!

  • thanks but cant find any reviews. anyone know if this book is good?

    • LOL - from one of his other books:

Within the publishing industry authors who fail to honestly acknowledge their sources undercut their books and undermine their credibility. Reproduction of ideas or words or statements of another person without due acknowledgment is called plagiarism. Greenfield plagiarizes, since he fails to acknowledge his sources. As a result, he undermines his credibility and deceives the fitness industry and his readers.

      • he is his own source duh

  • nice thanks

  • It is nothing but links to products and his books, waste of time

  • +3

Downloaded and thought I had an error, as it was only links to web sites - wouldn't really call it a book, lucky it was free, otherwise would have been wasted money

  • thanks mate!
