As per the title, Rise of the Ronin (PS5 exclusive) for $49.
I just claimed it using this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/834123. Bought Dying Light 2 and Wild Hearts from JB Hi Fi and then walked over to EB Games to trade in. In total, paid $79 which arguably the game price would likely get to after a couple of months, if not less in time.

I was umming and ahhing about this too, but in the end I went with Ronin as it's a PS5 exclusive.
I figure even if I got Dragons Dogma 2, then I wouldn't have time to play on day one so by the time I did get around to it, a sale or two would have passed by. Plus, when I can, I get games on PC as it allows 21:9 where console aspect is fixed.
Why not both?

do they ban poor gamers who abuse it? it is a good idea to deposit $120 and return it in 7 days. can even complete a game if play non stop
Stopped shopping at EB when they refused to price match Detroit Become Human at BIGW for $39 when Eb was selling it for $49.
I never shop there because they never seem to be cheaper than anyone else
