Any Broker Who Can Get a Sub 5.94% Variable Rate for OO Property?

Looking to refinance my existing OO loan out of the big to any lender who could offer sub 5.94% on a variable loan. Currently paying 6.09% on a $765k outstanding with <80% LVR.

The best deal I could find by myself was Greater bank with 5.94% and $3k cashback.

Reaching out to understand if there's any broker who could find a better deal for myself.
